For a 10 minute homemade meal for the family here are some tasty tangibales to choose from...

 SPICY ROAST EGGPLANT

INGREDIENTS

CRUSTY BREAD

SCOOP IN CRUSTY BREAD ADD CHEESE PUT IN THE GRILL  FOR 2 MINUTES AND AND SERVE

AFRICAN MANGO PICKLE

INGREDIENTS

FISH FILLET TO GRILL

SALT/PEPPER FOR FISH

AFRICAN MANGO PICKLE

METHOD " SALT / PEPPER THE FISH GRILL IN A /BBQ OR FRY PAN FOR 5 MINUTES 2.5 ON EACH SIDE  ADD MANGO PICKEL WHEN SERVING

African/or Indian Curry

Ingridients

1 Jar of Armanda's African/or Indian  Curry

500g Chicken/fish/prawn/pork/(vegitarian - 500g of hard vegetables)

1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil

Method

Heat wok/pan (Medium to High heat), add the oil and meat and/or vegetables. Allow the ingerdients to semi cook and then add Armanda's African/ Indian Curry Sauce, Cook for 2-3 Minute and serve with your choice of rice, polenta. cous cous and enjoy!  

Hint: Remenber there are already chopped meats and vegetables avaliable at the markets, take advantage and really make it a healthy meal in minutes.

Creole Gambo

This sauce in great to make a perfect Chilli Prawns/ Crabs.

Ingredients

500g of Prawns/Crabs/ or any other seafood

1 Soup Spoon of Armanda's Creole Gambo

1 tea spoon of olive/or vegetable oil

Optional - Fine sliced Spring Onion / Itallian Parsley to Granish

Method

Sautee Praws/Crab with the Oil, in a wok on a Medium heat. Cook for 1 Minute. Add the Spoop spoon of Armanda's Creole Gambo, and allow to simmer till hot (1 minute). Serve with Crusty Bread/ Rice and a glass of Vino. ENJOY

Hint: if you find the sauce to be too spicey, add a soup spoon of the old boring Ketchup. It will reduce the heat but not spoil the flavour.

Hint: and for those that like it hot, add another spoon of the Creole Gambo if your looking for more of a bit!

Tomato and Cashew Nut Pesto

This Sauce is great on Pasta's, Pizza bases, Turkish Bread. The pesto is also Family Friendly (no heat).

Ingedients (for Pasta Dish 4 pax)

4 Soup spoon of Armanda's Pesto

250g of any Pasta

200g Smoked Salmon (shreaded)

1 bunch of Clean Spinach

50g Shaved Parmisan Cheese

Method

Boil pasta in a pot of salty water for 7 minutes, strain and put into Big serving bowl. Add all  remaining ingredients (pesto,salmon/spinach/cheese) stir and serve.

Hint: leave a 1/4 cup of the pasta water when boiled, too add tablespoon to the finished dish if in need of moisture. or milk.

Spicey Chunky Homemade Tomato Sauce (Jungle Sauce)

Ingridients

4 medium size Lamb Shanks seasoned with salt

2 Jars of Armanda's Homemade Tomato Sauce

500mL of Water

2 Bay Leafs

2  large cloves of Gralic

2 oup spoons of Vegetable oil

Method 

Preheat the oven on 190.

In one Deep baking tray, add oil and heat on Medium Heat. Seal the shanks in the tray, add the bayleafs and galic and water and Armanda's Sauce. Cover the meat with baking paper on top the shanks to seal the moisture, and then cover entire top of tray with al-foil. Place in the oven and allow to cook for 30 min and then reduce heat to 160 for 1 hour and 30 min.

Meat preferably ready when falling off the bone. And serve with Creamy mash potato/ Rice/Pasta(spaghetti)/or crusty bread.AND DONT FORGET THE VINO!!!

Hint: this dish can be cooked the day before and heated again and still contain it's freshness and flavour.
